Private Parties (and other Museum rentals)
The Children’s Museum in Easton is available for rental “Before Hours” (Saturday & Sunday mornings) or “After Hours” (Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings). Enjoy exclusive use of the Museum for your private party, birthday parties, baby showers, group functions, family reunions, holiday parties . . . any type of family event is perfectly suited for a private Museum function. Our staff is ready to assist you and help to make your party a very “special event”.
We provide:
• Full use of Museum facilities for your guests
• Storage of party goods including use of refrigerator/freezer
• A staff person to assist you with set up and clean up,
as well as general supervision and help throughout the party
• A red fireman’s hat for each party child
You need to bring:
• Refreshments and paper products
Some simple Museum rules for kids:
• No running!
• Take turns!
• Respect other people and the Museum exhibits!
Party rules (please read carefully)
Please carefully supervise children at all times. Hosts are responsible for the behavior and safety of children and any damages to Museum exhibits. A security deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. Your security deposit will be returned to you, as long as there are no damages, within seven days of your party.
• All food and beverages must be served and consumed
in party room only.
• No alcohol or smoking allowed anywhere on Museum property.
• Museum use is limited to invited guests. No fees may be charged
for admission.
• No balloons or pinatas.
• No decorations affixed to walls, ceilings or light fixtures.

Before Hours: Saturday or Sunday Mornings, 10am-noon

After Hours: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings 5:30-7:30pm (July and August times are 4:30-6:30pm)

$225 for 2 hours

includes 40 guests only (adults and children)

seating is limited to 20 children
• An additional fee of $5 per person will be charged if more than 40 guests are in attendance. The $5 per person fee and an additional $50 fee will be charged if more than 45 guests are in attendance.
• An additional fee of $75 will be charged if your party exceeds the agreed upon time (may not exceed 30 minutes without prior booking)
• Payment in full, plus $100 security deposit is required to reserve a party. The full fee, minus $25.00, is refundable if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the party.
